At Lune, we want you to love your maternity wear as much as we love creating it! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
Items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns should be initiated within **30 days** of receiving your order. Please note that final sale items, including any marked-down or clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept returns on intimate apparel.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at equelife20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions on how to proceed. Once you receive your RA number, pack your item securely, including a copy of your original invoice, and write your RA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
If you wish to exchange an item, we also have a straightforward process. As with returns, exchanges are available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To exchange an item, reach out to our customer service at equelife20@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Follow the return process outlined above and, once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and send out your new item right away.
Refunds will be processed within **14 business days** after we receive your return, and the amount will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item.
